Physical Products

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Digital Downloads

Due to the instant download nature of digital products, refunds and exchanges are not available once files have been accessed or downloaded.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and work to resolve it.
